Subject to the below exceptions and limitations, we accept returns on products within 30 days of us dispatching the order, so long as the products have not been used and are in their original packaging. Please note we are unable to refund shipping costs or return postage.

Exceptions and limitations

We are unable to accept returns of custom-sized products. However, if you are unhappy with your gels please don't hesitate to contact us. We are committed to ensuring you love your gels as much as possible, and as such, should there be any issue we ask that you email us with photos of your gels on your nails. This helps us to understand the exact issue and improve sizing where needed. On your first order that includes custom-sized products, we are happy to resize and replace your gels, subject to our Terms of Service, and if, following this, we are still unable to rectify the issue, we are happy to offer a full refund, excluding any shipping costs. In order to qualify for a refund, customers are required to contact us via the contact form in our Help Centre within 30 days of us dispatching their order, and to provide clear photos to highlight any issues with their product or sizing.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
